SA Presidential Forum: Meet the Candidates

One of my longest articles that I have written for the Albany Student Press. After covering the University at Albany's Student Association for a semester, I am glad for the experience in covering long events such as the Presidential Forum and the weekly Student Association Senate meetings.

Curious About Construction on Campus?

My first ever news article. I had a long way to go from here, but it is always good to know where you came from. It's crazy to think this journey has been almost two years!

Over 100 Gather to Advocate at UAlbany’s Student Senate for Title IX Victims

One of the most noteworthy articles in my semester-long coverage of the University at Albany's Student Senate. This meeting went beyond the typical bureaucracy of the Senate and into the true concerns of the student body.

The idea for this poem had struck me in the head while I was in class, and I rushed back to my dorm to type it up. Meaning to fill out our creative writing section a bit more, I posted it, and I'm still very proud of the end result.

Albany Mayor Initiates Safety Protocol for Downtown Structure

My first article as the news editor of the Albany Student Press, it was meant to be an example for future articles that semester. The research was interesting, going into the two sides of this story, but my favorite part was going into downtown Albany to take some pictures!
